Carmel Creek Amenity Center (Hutto, TX)

Neighborhood Amenity Center constructed for Haas & Haynie in the Hutto, TX neighborhood of Carmel Creek.  Landscape design by TBG Partners, architectural design by Hatch+Ulland Owen Architects.  Project consisted of preliminary site grading and utility infrastructure, poolside pavilion with BBQ center, restroom building, water features, resort style pool with multiple "beach" areas, gated entry, extensive landscaping, parking lot, and trail system.
