New Entry Guardhouse and Primary Entry Gates for the Brookfield Residential neighborhood of Kissing Tree in San Marcos, TX.  Project consisted of a new manned guard shack with restroom & break facilities, access control systems, masonry walls and primary vehicular and pedestrian gates.  Architectural Design provided by Marsh & Associates, Inc, Landscape/Hardscape Design by RVI.
